How Can I Buy Foreign Stocks?

I am interested in being able to buy stocks from several international exchanges (I’m in the US). Can I make these purchases online? If so, which are some good (and relatively cheap) online brokers. Thank you!

    You can buy foreign stocks, but it has tobe in the form of ADR and GDR’s ,
    and to invest in this form , first the other country should be able to provide your country permission . as of now , no country inthe world restrict america in form of investing .
