Now Hugo Chavez Wants To Add Windfall Taxes On Foreign Oil Company Profits?
Does this man know anything about encouraging foreign investment in his broken economy, as opposed to further damaging it???? How far down the drain is he going to take Venezuela? What oil company will trust this hoodwinking buffoon after his ExxonMobil and Conoco Phillips scandels.
