I remember reading a stat that said something like 80%+ of financial planners don’t hold investments in the mutual funds they invest their clients’ money into. I can’t for the life of me find that stat.

Would anyone know where I could find a statistic like this or what the statistic is? I’d appreciate some help since Google seems to be failing me in this area.

i am currently a college student, and wish to invest my hard earned $2000 in something worthwhile. i have already tried forex and have lost about $1500. right now, i am so unsure of what to invest. i am so dissapointed in forex. why, you ask am i so eager to invest my money? i wish to open a business in the near future. however, i have very little money. I need a good investment, so when the time comes i will have everything i need. so what’s my best bet? future? stocks? forex? mutual funds?

Dose anyone know the total client funds, deposit liabilities or funds under management listed with oanda?

In addition, thell me the minimum money balance which is needed to open a forex trading account and start trading.

I wanna know what stocks are starting from low and are starting to climb up before it reaches its peak. Like gold minning, technologies, biotech, energy, computers, websites,natural resources, good chinese and indonesia stocks too. If chinese and vietnamese currency is good to invest in and mutual funds to. I know house market is down but do u think its good to buy b/c its pretty low stocks from before.

If over years you have accumulated your forex account, can you trust your broker that once you have requested a withdrawal of funds, will you really get the money ? and how do you know ? What if the broker went out of business or something ? Has anyone experienced not being able to withdraw for any reason ?
