So I recently signed up for a sogotrade account because I liked their three dollar trade rate and several other things. However, I’m dissappointed that they don’t offer mutual funds so I will not be using them after all. Does anyone know a good online broker for penny stocks that also allows for mutual funds? I’d like to avoid incurring fees for penny stocks if at all possible – especially ok stocks priced under a dollar.

I’m looking to expand my investment but also have some kind of liquidity and i think mutual fund is the best option. I’m not looking for anything long term. What are some good online brokerages do you guys recommend?
Do they call their broker and say “put in an order for 100,000 shares at $23.51?” Or do they have a broker in house thats connected to NYSE floor or that belongs to the electronic market. For that matter what does my broker do after I call him. I mean who does he call? And then who does the guy my broker called call. For that matter where are my shares, I never see them. Am I actually the shareholder or is my broker the shareholder?

I have about 20,000 dollars in 4 different mutual funds and I was thinking about putting 250 dollars in to each one , each month.

I sold my mutual funds in my 401 K, took a $54,000 lose. I took what money was left and bought equal amounts of GT, DELL, INTC,GE and GM. I was angry of my broker letting me ride the market down again. I had not ever recovered from the last time I did this so I changed brokers and I will be darned it happened again. Thought it was time to take charge. Did I do right? Should I sell any of this stock pics and buy something else?
Does anyone know where to find them or what three of them are?
