Immigration Canada Questions?

02 Sep

How long does it take to immigrate to Canada?

I am an English Speaker attending High School. I speak very good English with a Californian accent, although I don’t use lengthy, over-educated words. I spell English words well, but only in American English. Do I still need to take the English Proficiency Test? Is it hard?

I have an uncle in Canada. Can he sponsor me? How long will it take for me to be able to go to Canada.

Is the New Government in Canada planning to change the Immigration Rules?

How much would everything cost? (In CAD, USD, PHP, or EUR please)

Is there another way I could immigrate to Canada? I’m still in High School. A Psychologist Identified me as Highly Gifted, although recently, my grades have been slipping. (personal reasons) Can I go to Canada as a nonimmigrant and apply for a change of status to immigrant?

Please answer, anyone?
I’ve been to the Canadian Website and didn’t find anything. The only thing I found was that you can be a citizen in three years after Permanent Residence.
