I have a non turbo 1994 Mitsubishi eclipse GS 2.0 16V DOHC with 190,000 miles. This model has a distributorless ignition system (DIS). The car has been starting very weakly lately and the other day it simply did not start in a parking lot. The battery has a full charge and jumping it did nothing. What could it be? I am having my “backyard mechanic” take a look at it this week, but could really use some advice as to rule things out and what order things should be done in. Nothing has ever gone wrong with the starting system and it is all original stock. The only thing close to this to be replaced was the ISC motor a few years back. The motor is not turning over at all. The oil level is fine and the car was running great. It had been starting very weakly lately though (more labored and not as quickly as before.)
I couldn’t hear anything from inside the car (because the sound of the seatbelts, radio flipping and door open chime were so loud. But when I disconnected the ignition fuse and then reconnected it I heard some clicking.

My lawyer had me fill out a W9 so my ex’s job will start garnishment for child support, is this right?
He said they will not issue a child support check until they have a W9 tax form on file for me. Have you ever heard of this? It sounds fishy to me. He said in order for them to garnish my ex husbands wages I had to fill out the W-9 as soon as possible so he could take it to them.
