February 4, 2010 11:58 pm | #2This look like a scam..your making money but cant afford a real website? Ya boy screaming his aunt is exec VP at Bank of America “OVERSEAS” LOL! If its real invest in the business structure for credibility.
February 5, 2010 12:22 am | #3You have a point, my husband and I are just learning the ins and our of the internet marketing thing so we decided to test the waters with a simple site which was free so why not? Anyway, we will have a site up and running by months end thanks to your comment! Thanks for the constructive criticism.I invite other’s help.We are nottechnology savvy and we know it.We are trying to find the best method of marketing before we invest heavily in any marketing vehicle. So now we know, we need a website.
February 5, 2010 12:49 am | #4I hear you. Its really expensive for websites. I’m in real estate as well and internet marketing is challenging, but very productive. I love to see my people doing it!Didnt mean to be rude..they should have an option to comment in private. You also mentioned the guy is a family member, but husband talking like your family member dont know his aunt is a VP of a bank. But great voice and you look trustworthy. Good luck.
February 5, 2010 1:00 am | #5I didn’t even know what you were talking about because I didn’t hear what they were saying! LOL He said she “oversees” the east coast region. Anyway, she is an aunt who is also an “ex” so “the other guy” had never met her. He also married into family. How could you even hear him? Ok, so moving on. Thanks for the comments. I was noticing that you don’t have any videos, do you have a website?
February 5, 2010 1:37 am | #6OK, I just replayed it and heard him, I guess when I watched before, I was only tuning in to what I was saying.
February 5, 2010 2:37 am | #7FYI..if you want serious customers..investing in a real website would be a good idea..especially if your claiming your making big money. Your business will appear as a scam even if its not. Keep up the good work. Nice ass house!
February 5, 2010 3:04 am | #8So now that we have established we need a website, are you an investor? Do you agree that because the feds and the major investors have pulled the rug on the subprime market, there is definitely an opportunity for the private mortgage industry to step up and make some bank? Tell me what you think and how you feel about private money trust deeds and the security of real estate as an asset based investment, smart money? or high risk?
February 5, 2010 3:47 am | #9Although Im a real estate broker in NY & CA..I really dont pay attention to the mortgage market that much. My philosophy is..if you have a great network in place full of investors and buyers..then the market is always great. When I say “buyers” I’m also talking about investors. Most people dont have good networks set up so they rely on the market, banks, etc..
